The Hospital Laboratory is well equipped and comprises of
Hematology Section, Chemical Section, Pathology Section,
Microbiology Section and Blood Transfusion Service. The
Laboratory is giving routine diagnostic facilities to 1000 bed
hospital and out door patients from Haripur to Northern area and
Azad Jammu Kashimer.
Hematology Section
Hematology Section is equipped with two fully automatic
computerized analyzer, coagulator analyzer and gives
Hematological diagnostic facilities to indoor & out door
patients daily 200 to 300. Hematological investigations are
carried out under the supervision of Clinical Pathologist
Chemical Pathology
This section is equipped with two chemistry fully automatic
analyzer, one semi automatic analyzer daily 800 to 1000 tests
are carried out under the supervision of Biochemist.
Microbiology Section
All the biological tests are carried out daily about 600 to 800
tests are carried out under the supervision of Clinical
Pathologist.
Blood Transfusion Service
Blood Bank give services to 1000 bed hospital. 20-30 bloods are
donated and component facilities are available under the
supervision of Pathologist.
